Acceptance of Terms. By using https://mobilevampire.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Mobile Vampire markets and arranges Mobile Phlebotomy, Blood Collection, Specimen Collection, Non-DOT Drug Testing, Employment Screening Collection, In-Home Phlebotomy, Therapeutic Phlebotomy, Corporate Wellness Testing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Mobile Vampire or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Mobile Vampire reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Warranty Disclaimer. Mobile Vampire makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobile Vampire's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Mobile Vampire in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Mobile Vampire from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
